Notice Information
Notice Title
Nicotine Replacement Therapy - Devices, Consumables & Associated Digital Services
Notice Description
The proposed framework is to provide Participating Authorities (NHS bodies, local authorities, Integrated Care Boards, public health commissioners, central government departments, arm's-length bodies and other named public-sector bodies) with a compliant, flexible and high-quality route to procure licensed Nicotine Replacement Therapy ("NRT"), reusable vaping devices, vaping consumables and associated smoking cessation products for tobacco dependency treatment, smoking cessation programmes and wider public health initiatives.
Planning Information
The North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC), hosted by Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, is engaging the market to inform the development of a future national multi-lot framework agreement covering Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT), vaping products, related consumables and associated digital services. The framework will be accessible to NHS organisations, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), Local Authorities and other UK public sector bodies. NOE CPC is seeking feedback from suppliers to shape the scope, lotting structure, sustainability requirements and call-off mechanisms. This is not a call for competition and does not commit NOE CPC to initiate a procurement process at this stage. We invite bidders to participate by completing a pre-market engagement survey. Please register your interest in participating by emailing to enquiries@noecpc.nhs.uk. Please state ‘Nicotine Replacement Therapy - Devices, Consumables & Associated Digital Services’ in the subject heading. Response Deadline: 12:00 noon, 25 September 2026 This is a market engagement exercise only, not an invitation to tender. No organisation will be disadvantaged by not participating.
