C384/2025/2026 Cadw Site Safety Signage
Notice Description
The Cadw wishes to procure and appoint an experienced signage designer and manufacture company to design, manufacture and install visitor site safety signs across 132 sites in Cadw's care, across Wales. The successful bidder will also take responsibility for the submission (and receipt) of Scheduled Monument Consent applications prior to manufacture and installation of the signs.

Options: The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further period of up to 24 months.
Renewal: The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years, with the option for the Contracting Authority to extend for a further period of up to 24 months. Any extension will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Authority and may be exercised to ensure continuity of service, subject to ongoing requirement and satisfactory performance
