Mae Cyngor Sir Ynys Mon ("CSYM") yn dymuno caffael a gweithredu system rheoli achosion fodern, integredig i ddisodli'r platfform a ddefnyddir ar hyn o bryd gan y Gwasanaeth Diogelu'r Cyhoedd. Mae'r system yn darparu gwybodaeth reoli hanfodol sy'n cefnogi llywodraethu mewnol, monitro perfformiad, gweithgaredd archwilio, a chwblhau ffurflenni statudol a chenedlaethol megis: * Asiantaeth Safonau Bwyd - ffurflenni chwe mis * Sgor Hylendid Bwyd - uwch lwythiad misol * Dychweliad Blynyddol Safonau Masnach * Swyddfa Gartref - trwyddedu alcohol * Comisiynydd Gamblo * CThEM - busnes wedi'i gofrestru ar gyfer bwyd, tai amlfeddiannaeth (HMOs) a thacsis * Arolygydd Dwr y Gyfarwyddiaeth - cyflenwadau dwr preifat * Awdurdod Gweithredol Iechyd a Diogelwch - materion iechyd a diogelwch. * Llywodraeth Cymru - cyflwr stoc tai'r sector rhent preifat / ansawdd aer * DEFRA - ansawdd aer ar gyfer taliadau tagfeydd tacsi / Trwyddedau Amgylcheddol * Rhyddid Gwybodaeth a Rheolaeth Gwybodaeth Amgylcheddol Isle of Anglesey County Council ("IOACC") wishes to procure and implement a modern, integrated case management system to replace the platform currently used by the Public Protection Service. The system provides essential management information that supports internal governance, performance monitoring, audit activity, and the completion of statutory and national returns such as: * Food Standards Agency - six monthly returns * Food Hygiene Rating - Monthly upload * Trading Standards Annual Return * Home Office - alcohol licensing * Gambling Commissioner * HMRC - businesses registered for food, houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) and taxis * Drinking Water Inspectorate - private water supplies * Health and Safety Executive - health and safety matters. * Welsh Government - private rented sector housing stock condition / air quality * DEFRA - air quality for taxi congestion charges / Environmental Permits * Freedom of Information and Environmental Information Regulations

Defnyddio y swyddogaeth "Cwestiwn ac Ateb" i ofyn am gopi o'r manyleb. Yn ystod y sesiynau Teams, bydd y Tîm yn gofyn y cwestiynau canlynol, Cyffredinol A oes technolegau neu ddulliau newydd y dylem eu hystyried? Adborth ar ein manyleb ddrafft Pa adborth sydd gennych ar y fanyleb ddrafft? A oes gofynion a fyddai’n cynyddu costau neu achosi cymhlethdod sylweddol? A oes unrhyw ofynion yn aneglur, amwys neu’n gyfyngol? Ydyn ni’n methu unrhyw ofynion neu swyddogaethau hanfodol? A oes unrhyw gyfyngiadau yn ein manyleb a all gyfyngu cystadleuaeth? Gweithredu a Darparu Beth fyddai’r amserlen arferol ar gyfer gweithredu? Beth yw’r risgiau cyffredinol yn ystod gweithredu a sut mae’r rhain yn cael eu lliniaru? Pa lefel o adnoddau cleient sydd ei angen fel arfer? Sut ydych chi’n cefnogi trosglwyddo data o system etifeddol? Pa gymorth hyfforddiant a chynefino sydd ar gael? Beth yw’r hyd a strwythur sy’n gweithio orau i gyflenwyr o ran y contract? Dylai cynigwyr sydd â diddordeb mewn cymryd rhan yn yr ymgysylltiad hwn gysylltu ag Alun Roberts erbyn 12:00 ddydd Llun, 13 Gorffennaf 2026 fan bellaf, bydd Alun wedyn yn trefnu'r cyswllt Teams. To assist with the process of designing the procurement process, IOACC intends to hold 45 minute Teams sessions on the 16th of July 2026 with individual bidders who are interested and who would be able to provide a system as described above. Please use the "Question and Answers" functionality to obtain a copy of the specification. During the Teams sessions, the following questions will be asked:- General Are there any emerging technologies or approaches we should consider? Feedback on our draft specification What feedback do you have on our draft specification? Are there requirements that would significantly increase cost or complexity? Are any requirements unclear, ambiguous or restrictive? Are we missing any critical requirements or functionalities? Are there any constraints in our specification that could limit competition? Implementation & Delivery What would a typical implementation timeline look like? What are the common risks during implementation and how are these mitigated? What level of client resource is typically required? How do you support data migration from a legacy system? What training and onboarding support is available? What contract length and structure work best for you as a supplier? Bidders who are interested in participating in this engagement should contact Alun Roberts by no later than 12:00 on Monday, 13 July 2026 to obtain a Teams link.
