After reviewing tenders and clarifications, Tai Tarian found differing interpretations of the scope and pricing requirements that it could not resolve, and will not award a contract under this process.

The stated evaluation gave greater weight to quality than price, so suppliers’ ability to demonstrate a strong technical approach and dependable delivery capability was commercially important. This particular procurement will not proceed to contract award.
