The appointed suppliers will be required to manufacture, supply and deliver printed items of varying formats, specifications, finishes and volumes. The framework will be divided into two lots: *Lot 1 - Postcards *Lot 2 - Prints The printed products produced under this framework will be sold across IWM's five physical museum branches, sold through IWM's online shop, and supplied to trade customers as part of IWM's wholesale offer. Products include postcards and prints. Orders may range from small to large print runs and will be placed on an as-needed basis to meet seasonal demand, exhibition-related changes, and stock replenishment cycles.                 "description": "Mechanism For Awarding Contracts a.Mini-competition IWM may select to award a call-off Task by conducting a mini-competition between all Suppliers on the Framework. IWM will issue Framework Tasking Form (Appendix 1) to all Suppliers detailing the Task(s) that they wish to call-off. The call-off will state a response time which should be a minimum of seven days; however, it may be increased depending on the complexity of the Task's subject matter. The original Framework Agreement evaluation criteria (Quality and Price) and sub-criteria (Methodology, Resources and Social Value) will be applied when evaluating responses to the Enquiries. The Quality and Price evaluation criteria weightings may be adjusted by up to +/- 20 percentage points in line with Task specific requirements, any such weighting changes will be highlighted in the Tasking Form. The Quality sub-criteria weightings may be adjusted without restriction providing they remain within the overall Quality weighting. The Price may be evaluated as percentage fees and/or day rates, or a lump sum based on day rates at call-off. The Task will be awarded to the Supplier that submits the highest scoring response. IWM reserves the right to not award a contract following a mini-competition. b.Direct Award IWM will use the ranking system for based on the overall score achieved by each Contractor appointed to the Framework. This is to enable IWM to pursue a direct award route under limit special circumstances as described below. However, it should be noted that for the majority of works to be let under the Framework IWM will conduct a mini competition among all the suppliers on the Framework. IWM may opt to directly award a call-off contract for a project (the Task) under the Framework. This option may be used in cases where, for instance, the Task must be completed with a degree of urgency such that there is not sufficient time to conduct a mini competition. Remedying situations that present a threat to the Collection or the safety of IWM's staff, visitors or the general public would be examples where this may apply. This option may also be used if it becomes necessary for an alternative Supplier to \"step-in\" and complete the Services under an existing call-off contract where the employment of the Framework Supplier originally awarded that call-off contract has been terminated. Additionally, IWM may directly award a call-off contract when it is for a subsequent phase in a project for which the Supplier has already performed an earlier Task, or Tasks, and the IWM requires continuity of service in respect of such a subsequent phase; or the call-off Task is linked to the outputs of previous Tasks carried out by the Supplier, and the Supplier will be able to apply previous outputs to the proposed Task resulting in a reduced mobilisation and/or lead in time to deliver the project. When IWM intends to directly award a call-off contract using the ranked method an enquiry will be issued to the number one ranked Supplier on the Framework detailing the Task that IWM wishes to directly award. The Supplier will be allowed a minimum of seven calendar days for their response. If the number one ranked Supplier states that they do not have the capacity to undertake the Task, or that they are unable to submit a response within the specified timescales, then it will be offered to the second ranked Supplier, and so on, until a Supplier states that they can perform the Task and submit a response. IWM reserves the right to not award a contract following a response to a direct award request."
