Tewkesbury Borough Council is undertaking a project to enhance three existing play areas within Wheatpieces Parish, Tewkesbury, using approximately PS200,000 of commuted sum funding. The sites serve a growing residential area with a broad range of children and young people and are located at Beauchamp Road, Chamomile Way and Snapdragon Close. The project aims to deliver safe, inclusive, and high-quality play spaces that encourage physical activity, social interaction, and inclusive play for children and young people of different ages and abilities. A key focus is ensuring the play areas provide strong play value, longevity, accessibility, and a welcoming environment for the whole community.
