Summary of the contracting process

The Scottish Government is exploring the market for a new digital learning and learning-and-development platform to support its wider digital learning strategy. The requirement is for an enterprise-scale, AI-enabled digital learning ecosystem, including educational and training software, software development and associated e-learning services.
