Located in Barking, the Council seeks input from suppliers until 14th August 2026. The procurement is currently in the planning phase, with the service expected to commence between October and November 2027.

This procurement presents opportunities for businesses skilled in providing cloud-based software solutions, particularly those experienced in local authority legal services. The contract, suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community and social enterprises (VCSEs), can help businesses expand their client base and showcase their adaptability and technical expertise. Participation in the early market engagement will offer insights into project specifics but will not give any competitive advantage in the subsequent tendering process.
