East Midlands Railway intends to directly award a time-limited contract to Hitachi Rail GTS UK Limited for the continued provision of Retail Telecommunications Maintenance Services and associated renewal works across the EMR network. The services support critical customer-facing systems including Customer Information Systems (CIS), Passenger Announcement (PA) systems, roaming microphones and associated telecommunications infrastructure.
