Notice Description

Trent & Dove Housing is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to provide planned servicing, inspection, testing, maintenance, reactive repairs and associated works for door entry and associated electronic security systems across its housing portfolio. The scope includes door entry and access-control systems, CCTV systems associated with communal entrances, intruder alarms, warden call systems, automatic and powered doors, automatic gates and barriers, door closers, assisted-opening systems, hold-open and automatic-release devices, together with associated interfaces and equipment included within the Contract. The Contract will include planned preventative servicing and safety inspections, reactive fault attendance and repair, emergency and make-safe responses, component replacement, system condition and dilapidation surveys, asset validation, certification, electronic reporting and the provision of condition, obsolescence and lifecycle information to support future planned investment. The procurement will be conducted as a two-stage Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023. Stage 1 will assess suppliers against the Conditions of Participation and other requirements set out in the procurement documents. Suppliers that successfully meet the Stage 1 requirements and are selected to progress will be invited to participate in Stage 2, which will include evaluation of Quality, Social Value and Price in accordance with the published award criteria. The proposed Contract will be based on the JCT Measured Term Contract 2024, incorporating Trent & Dove Housing's amendments. The intended contract term is three years, with the option to extend by up to two further periods of one year (3+1+1). The anticipated maximum Contract value is approximately PS600,000 over the full five-year term.
