Summary of the contracting process

Clarion Housing Group is seeking contractors for national void property services across six regions of England: the North, Central, East, Greater London, South East and South West. The requirement is divided into paired regional lots. The A lots cover regular inspections of empty homes, maintenance, management of defects and ad hoc repair or refurbishment work, including work in occupied properties where required. The B lots cover sparkle cleaning of empty homes, showhomes and marketing suites. This is a services procurement covering building maintenance, refurbishment and cleaning. Clarion intends to establish a panel of contractors able to deliver work across the relevant region under measured-term arrangements, with instructions issued as required and on a monthly or fortnightly basis.
