Summary of the contracting process

Caerphilly County Borough Council is managing procurement on behalf of Adnodd for high-quality learning resources supporting teaching and learning in equity, anti-racism and well-being. The work should suit small and medium-sized enterprises, voluntary, community and social enterprises, as well as larger specialist teams. Adnodd will look for suitably experienced people or organisations with a clear understanding of racism, anti-racism, education and effective pedagogy, and the ability to create high-quality resources aligned with the Curriculum for Wales. Strong candidates will be able to develop accessible digital learning content in both Welsh and English, manage production and publication, and provide evidence of educational need where printed materials are proposed. Partnerships with specialist individuals, companies or organisations are permitted, which may help combine curriculum expertise, subject knowledge, bilingual content development, design, publishing and digital production. One lead organisation must take responsibility for the proposal and successful delivery.
