Provision of a Managing Agent Service to Manage, Supply, Deliver, Install and Commission Air Source Heat Pumps
Notice Description
PowerNI, a brand of Energia Group wish to appoint a Managing Agent (Supplier) to provide an air source heat pump solution including assessment, supply, install, support, report and review follow up with residential Customers. It is essential that the Managing Agent educates Customers to ensure they fully understand the costs associated with the running of the heat pump, how to operate the Heat Pump system and that their homes are assessed for suitability. The scope of this Contract includes the installation process including e.g. full assessment including heat loss, accessing the Customer's loft, full electrical works, managing health and safety requirements, building control and Energy Performance Certificates. Optional Future Requirement - Solar PV Panels and Battery Systems. The Contract may include an optional provision for the future procurement of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters and battery storage systems for residential customers. This may encompass the design, supply, delivery and installation of solar PV and battery systems, at Power NI's discretion, should a business need or market-driven requirement arise during the Contract term. It is Energia's intention to award the Contract to one (1) Supplier.

Renewal: The initial contract term will be for a period of 1 year, with an option to extend the contract by a further 1 x 12 months subject to annual review. A further 12 months follow up service will be required as part of the ongoing Customer support. Extending the contract will be at Energia's discretion.
