Quality Trusted Solutions LLP intends to establish a closed consultants framework for architectural, construction, engineering, inspection and building and facilities management services. The purpose of the engagement was to gather market intelligence, understand supplier capacity and capability, test the proposed framework structure and obtain feedback on market developments likely to affect delivery over the next four years. Suppliers highlighted significant developments across digital transformation, net zero carbon requirements, healthcare estate modernisation, Building Information Modelling (BIM), modern methods of construction (MMC), fire safety compliance and integrated programme delivery. Suppliers broadly agreed that demand for specialist consultancy services across the NHS and wider public sector is expected to increase significantly between 2027 and 2031, driven by: • NHS estate backlog reduction programmes. • Decarbonisation and sustainability initiatives. • New Hospital Programme and healthcare infrastructure investment. • Fire safety and building compliance requirements. • Digitisation and asset intelligence programmes. • Strategic estate rationalisation and transformation projects.
