Ceredigion - Evaluation & Feasibility Study of Rural Community Engagement, Mobile & Outreach Project
Notice Description
Ceredigion County Council is inviting quotes for a consultancy service in relation to an independent evaluation and feasibility study of our Community Engagement and Outreach provision by a suitable organisation, agency or individual. We aim to support the Local Authority in developing stronger, more efficient and integrated approaches of delivery and management for the benefit of our residents.RationaleIt is hoped that by undertaking a full evaluation of the services and feasibility study for future delivery models, the following questions can be answered:1. Where are we strongest? What areas are working well? What do staff and stakeholders value the most? Where can we model good practice?2. Where are we weakest? What is most detrimental to service efficiency and delivery? What services and provisions require long term investment?3. What needs to change? What barriers are currently preventing progress and results? Where are we innovative and how can we best empower staff and stakeholders?4. How can we improve? How can services develop, evolve and move forward?5. Why is this best approach? What research and evidence is available to promote change?6. How can statutory functions and roles best be delivered to improve early intervention and prevention pathways? How can we bolster partnerships and accessibility to specialist services?The intention is for the consultant to capture a wide range of views, from children and young people and also from internal staff and other community partners and stakeholders, along with relevant committees and boards, in order to attain a wide representation from parties who will benefit or be impacted on through the decisions made based on the recommendations within the review. IMPORTANTThe Council is using the Sell2Wales Quick Quotes portal for the tender process. Tenderers must submit their tender submission via the Quick Quote portal. All documentation will be available electronically via the portal. Tenders will only be accepted electronically via the portal. Bids submitted by any other method will be rejected.To be invited to the Quick Quote suppliers must email ymholiadau.caffael@ceredigion.gov.uk and provide the correct Sell2Wales supplier account/email address to enable the invitation to be processed.(WA Ref:117832)
