The Welsh Government wishes to procure a package of internationally recognised expert advisory services to improve education and reduce the impact of poverty on educational attainment. This must include: a pre-existing off-the-shelf online toolkit, informed by a robust evidence base from high quality and internationally recognised research and evaluation of effective teaching practice; commitment to develop the evidence and case studies to inform a contextualised resource specifically for educators in Wales, drawing on existing effective practice; providing access to established international and UK networks of educators and researchers to collaborate on improving education and reducing the impact of poverty on educational attainment; and specific time commitments to support Welsh policy development drawing on internationally recognised organisational expertise.

This PIN is to ascertain the availability of suppliers in the marketplace, that are able to meet the requirements. Further discussions may be required with interested suppliers, to confirm their ability to meet the requirement. The potential contract will be for 3 years and will include: Implementation services; 3 year license; and Support & advice services. The estimated value of 250,000GBP shall cover the above services.. The proposed toolkit must be made available bilingually (both English and Welsh) and meet current WCAG AA accessibility standards.
