Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the design, supply, installation of a sprinkler system for at 3 No. Sheltered Housing Schemes and 1 No. General Needs Flats on behalf of Trivallis.The buildings are situated across Rhondda Cynon Taff, South Wales, please find full addresses below;I. Blaengwawr Close, Aberaman, Aberdare, CF44 6TWII. Bryn Ivor House, Llwynypia, Tonypandy, CF40 2TLIII. Church View Close, Llanharan, Pontyclun, CF72 9SXIV. Elm Road, Llanharry, CF72 9HRThe works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff.This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
