Provision of the 'Hafan y Dref' Welfare Centre Service every Saturday, from 10:00pm - 4:00am, throughout the period 1st September 2023 - 31st March 2026 (this is 130 nights). Hafan y Dref is Wrexham's alcohol treatment and welfare centre, located in Wrexham City centre. It provides a safe space where people who have become vulnerable due to consuming excess alcohol or taking drugs can receive medical attention and support.
