Technical Consultancy services to support the procurement and implementation of an integrated Port C
Notice Description
MHPA wish to appoint a Project Management consultancy firm to develop the procurement, technical specification and implementation of the above project with a view to delivering an "Integrated Port Planning tool".Scope of Work* Inclusion of MoSCoW analysis* Development of required outline functionality* Participation in stakeholder workshops* Internal integration meetings* Development of tender documentation in full accordance with Utilities Contract Regulations 2016* Support bid submission evaluation / review* Provide project management services (To include contract management, cost control services, procurement)* Support MHPA through development, build, integration and handover of new system into full operation.Project Objectives* Increase operational efficiency & reduce unnecessary delays".* Provide better insight in availability of resources and expected delays.* Provide an effective system that is transparent, fair and meets the needs of all stakeholders.* Have flexibility to adapt to real time changes in the schedule.* Increase visibility for all parties involved in servicing vessel movements.OutcomeA fully integrated system that takes Realtime data / latest shipping information from the various terminal operating system to provide the most up to date information.
