Social Care Wales is seeking to appoint a suitably skilled strategic partner to provide support, development and consultancy service for our existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Marketing and the SCWOnline capabilities as a priority.We require assurances on bidders ability to work collaboratively with our internal and potential external stakeholders, as such we have identified the following requirements that will be assessed as part of the tender process.Provide market research to identify what solutions exist that could support the Digital Strategy and identifying integration.Supporting alignment between business, technology, and support requirementsStandard delivery and release cycles for testing and release (UAT, DEV, Live etc.)Ensure the right resources are aligned at the right SFIA grades for each tasking.Ensure alignment across all workstreams.Maintaining interoperability across all Digital ServicesSupport the development of future requirements.Alignment to SCW's Governance and AccountabilityMaintain system availability and resilience, with a priority for maintain Business Continuity across all servicesProvision of a multidisciplinary teams for SCWonline with all the skills needed - user research, design, software eng, delivery etc.Supporting the transfer of knowledge and skills to the SCW Digital Team and wider teamsSupporting resource development through recognised Graduate Training or work based training schemes.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=134961.
