This commission asks that you develop, design and manage a monument conservation programme to carry out conservation works to selected monuments within three areas of The Slate Landscape of Northwest Wales World Heritage Site to improve their condition, accessibility and/or public presentation. The three areas are Llanberis, Bethesda and Blaenau Ffestiniog.The tender will be assessed on an 80% Quality/20% Price basis.All work to be completed by December 2024.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=135317.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
