Notice Description
Wrexham County Borough Council is looking to establish a single lot framework for External Works on Council owned dwellings as part of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard. It is anticipated that up to eight Contractors will be awarded onto the Framework. The Contracted Work covers a variety of Construction Work as outlined within the tender documentation. This may include, but is not limited to, the renewal of fencing, replacement of concrete paths, drainage, manufacture and installation of metal fencing, tarmac works, brickwork, general groundworks, together with other related work element

Lot 1
Wrexham County Borough Council is looking to establish a single lot framework for External Works on Council owned dwellings as part of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard. It is anticipated that up to eight Contractors will be awarded onto the Framework. The Contracted Work covers a variety of Construction Work as outlined within the tender documentation. Renewal: The duration of the Framework will be for TWO years with a possible extension for a further TWO years (in 1 year Increments)
