Procurement of a Smart Energy Management System (SEMS)
Notice Description
Hyppo Hydrogen Solutions Ltd invites tenders from suitably qualified suppliers for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a Smart Energy Management System (BMS) at Bay Studios, Swansea.The system will integrate renewable generation, hydrogen production, energy storage, heating, and mobility infrastructure into a unified control and optimisation platform. The BMS must dynamically manage energy flows, enable demand-side flexibility, and support research, development, and demonstration activities.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=155908.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility. A user guide is available at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/sitehelp/help_guides.aspx.Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems. Budget and Funding* Maximum budget: PS75,000 (exclusive of VAT).* Tenders exceeding this budget will not be considered.* Value for money, innovation, and flexibility will be critical.Evaluation CriteriaTenders will be assessed on the following weighted criteria:* Technical Capability & System Design - 30%* Cost Effectiveness / Value for Money - 40%* Experience & Track Record - 15%* Delivery Timescales - 10%* Innovation / Added Value - 5%Supplier InstructionsInterested suppliers must submit a tender response including:1. Company details, relevant experience, and accreditations.2. Proposed BMS design, architecture, and system specification.3. Detailed cost breakdown (hardware, software, integration, training, support).4. Delivery and installation programme.5. Warranties, guarantees, and maintenance/support package.6. Evidence of financial standing and insurance.7. References from similar projects.(WA Ref:155908)The buyer considers that this contract is suitable for consortia bidding.
