Strategy Planning Workshops
Notice Description
The Strategy Planning Workshop product has been designed to enable a business to focus its strategy for pro-active business development. It provides senior management teams time away from the business to explore the challenges, opportunities and threats facing their business and agree on the future direction of the business. The product offers focus on the strategic direction of their business, to reach a consensus on this, and provide an outline action plan for future implementation. It is targeted at small to medium sized companies whose management team have limited experience/access to the knowledge required to understand the importance of strategy development prior to engaging in a new direction/project. The companies will have identified potential opportunities to deliver business growth through international and/or domestic market expansion, but may be unsure as to next steps or whether it is the right direction for the business.
Lot Information
Area 1
It is targeted at small to medium sized companies whose management team have limited experience/access to the knowledge required to understand the importance of strategy development prior to engaging in a new direction/project. The format of assistance is typically a 2 day intervention consisting of three sessions: one half day pre-workshop session, a full day workshop session and one further half day post-workshop session. In some instances, an optional half day implementation session may be commissioned for companies requiring additional support in implementing the bespoke action plan. Details on the area covered by Lot 1 can be found on page 9 of the Invitation to Tender document.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: This contract will be 3 years with an option to extend for 12 months. The estimated value detailed includes the one year optional extension.
