The Requirement The Groups principal Care business activities are to provide a range of care and support services to people in need across central Scotland. An exercise is underway as part of a pre-procurement process to identify potential solutions for a replacement of the Group Care IT platform. Currently there are 750 employees providing care and around 3000 supported service users. For licensing requirements we would look for indicative costs for the above and also consider future growth of 200% within 1- 2 years. Between the two primary Care organisations within the company there are 2 separate solutions currently in use, an on premise application and the other a cloud hosted solution.

The Groups principal Care business activities are to provide a range of care and support services to people in need across central Scotland. An exercise is underway as part of a pre-procurement process to identify potential solutions for a replacement of the Group Care IT platform. Currently there are 750 employees providing care and around 3000 supported service users. For licensing requirements we would look for indicative costs for the above and also consider future growth of 200% within 1- 2 years. Between the two primary Care organisations within the company there are 2 separate solutions currently in use, an on premise application and the other a cloud hosted solution. This market consultation exercise is an exciting opportunity for Suppliers to participate in finalising the WHG's procurement strategy and gain insight into the proposed contract strategy. Noting interest is required for the purposes of participating in the market research only.
