Notice Description
RoS is going through business transformation to become a digital business by 2020. We are introducing new competencies and a RoS Code to support colleagues identify development needs and prepare for future roles in our organisation. We are introducing online competency self-assessments and aptitude tests to support colleague development conversations we are also introducing the use of "development centres" to support our competency development programmes for future leaders, future colleagues and future specialists. During 2017-18 we are looking to build our development programmes. We have a partner for design and delivery of the development centres, so we are now looking for suppliers.

During 2017-18 we are looking to build our development programmes. We have a partner for design and delivery of the development centres, so we are now looking for suppliers of the following: Our initial requirements will involve both consulting, design and delivery and off the shelf products: - The provision of coaching to managers and potential managers in transition - Design of competency based leadership and management learning and development - Design of competency based colleague development - Blended learning programmes for manager and leaders e.g. leading through change; continuous improvement; people manager; service management; customer focus; influencing and persuasion; commercial awareness; performance management; coaching; engagement; - Consultancy on talent management best practice and implementation - Delivery relevant to all of the above The potential/projected numbers are: 2017-18 - delivery from July 2017 = 12 - delivery from Sept 2017 = additional 12 - total 2017 = 24 2018-19 - Delivery from Feb 2018 = 24 - Delivery from May 2018 = 24 - Delivery from Sept 2018 = 24 2019-20 - Delivery from Feb 2019 = 24 - Delivery from May 2019 = 24 - Delivery from Sept 2019 = 24 2020-21 - Delivery from Feb 2020 = 24 - Delivery from May 2020 = 24 - Delivery from Sept 2020 = 24
