Lot Information

Lot 1

Viewpoint require a Contractor to undertake annual safety checks, responsive maintenance to domestic and communal gas heating systems and new gas installation work to its properties in Edinburgh and Fife. These properties are a mixture of, but not limited to, tenanted properties, sheltered housing and care homes.

Renewal: Two 12 month extension options. Total contract length including extensions will be 60 months.
