                    "minimum": "In response to Question 4C.1.2 bidders will be required to provide 4 examples that demonstrate that they have the relevant experience to deliver the services/supplies as described in part II.2.4 of the OJEU Contract Notice and the Specification. Examples must have been within the last three years and demonstrate (over the 4 examples) the relevant experience to deliver the service. Example contracts must have been within a housing environment which contained an element of dealing with vulnerable persons and should be of a similar scope and size. The Tenderer should have fulfilled the contract as the Main Contractor and directly employed suitably qualified gas engineers. The example contracts must have been on-going for a minimum period of 12 months and the Bidder must be able to provide evidence of this. In response to 4C.6 Bidders will be required to confirm that they are Gas Safe Registered and any operative undertaking work on this contract will be Gas Safe Registered and qualified to carry out gas servicing and maintenance to domestic and commercial heating systems. All operatives engaged in site works must also have current UKATA asbestos awareness training. In response to 4D.1 the bidder must hold a UKAS (or equivalent), accredited independent third party certificate of compliance in accordance with BS OHSAS 18001 (or equivalent) or have, within the last 12 months, successfully met the assessment requirements of a construction-related scheme in registered membership of the Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) forum. OR, The bidder must have a regularly reviewed and documented policy for Health and Safety (H&S) management, endorsed by the Chief Executive Officer, or equivalent. The policy must be relevant to the nature and scale of the work and set out responsibilities for H&S management at all levels within the organisation. The policy must be relevant to the nature and scale of your operations and set out your company's responsibilities of health and safety management and compliance with legislation."
