It is the Association's intention to enter into a Contract with a main contractor from 2 April 2018 to 31st March 2021 with the option for 2 x single 12 month extensions to deliver their open space cyclical maintenance and reactive repair work to hard and soft landscaped areas belonging to the Associations including open space areas, private and communal front and rear gardens to tenanted blocks of flats, houses and any other properties owned or managed the Associations in the Drumchapel area of Glasgow.

Renewal: The contract will be 36 months contract with option of 2 x single year extensions. After the initial 36 months period has expired. This will be based on performance, cost and measurement against KPI's.
