Notice Description

The scope of the Works under this Contract comprises, but is not limited to, the following Workstreams: - Supply of all control equipment - Removal of existing controls where appropriate - All associated electrical wiring work - Ability to remotely monitor systems - Remote fault finding - Annual Servicing of Boiler Control Panels in line with manufacturers recommendations - Repair of Boiler Control Panels - Installation/upgrade of Boiler Control Panels - Repair of all types of manual and automatic appliance controls and valves including but not specific to thermostats, time switches, safety devices and automated control valves - Repair of all electrical wiring within the system from the point of connection of all components attached to the main circuit, including replacement of any burnt or heat affected wiring anywhere within system.
