Clyde Gateway Developments Ltd seeks to appoint a framework of contractors for infrastructure works in the Clyde Gateway area.

Lot Information

Lot 1

CGDL is looking to procure a framework of 3 contractors to deliver roads, footpaths, lighting, landscaping, SUDs and fencing at key locations in the Clyde Gateway area. It is anticipated that 3 tenderers will be appointed to the framework, as set out further below and in the Stage 2: ITT documentation. Taking the identified works packages below from RIBA Stage 4 status to Stage 7, including full construction, completion, maintenance and handover. The Framework will be over a 3 (+1) year period. The works packages, which are not limited to, forming this commission are:- - Work Package C - Green/blue infrastructure zone for sustainable urban drainage - Work Package D - Solway Street -New Access road and Linear Park - Work Package E - Riverside embankment and green connectors - Work Package F - Existing Gateway SUDS Pond These works packages will provide:- - Streetscape and green infrastructure designed space to promote a new ecological planting regime which will encourage biodiversity. - Greenspace which can be enjoyed by the community for both relaxation and active involvement. - New access road, public realm and linear park. - Regrading and planting of existing SUDs pond
