    "description": "Applications will be assessed and response made within 28 days. The DPS will be open from the 1 July 2018 to 30 June 2023, and may be extended by a further 2 years. The Contract Award date in this notice refers to the end of the initial 5 year period of establishment of the DPS. Section IV.2.2 states the date from when applications can be made.
