HIE requires a suitable qualified and experienced supplier to provide the following services: repair, maintenance and general upkeep of hard and soft landscaped areas incl. grass cutting and a preventative winter schedule for HIE's commercial and HIE occupied property portfolio

The services will mainly relate, but are not limited to, the following areas: repair, maintenance and general upkeep of hard and soft landscaped areas incl. grass cutting and a preventative winter schedule for HIE's commercial and HIE occupied property portfolio. Further details are provided in the Scope of Requirements & Tender Guidance Notes. It is estimated that the total value of these services will be between GBP62,000 and GBP82,600 excluding VAT.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Options: HIE may require the supplier to provide additional services or the volume of services required may be reduced. Any such modification shall be in terms of section 72 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: This contract will be awarded for 24 months with an optional 12 month extension. The estimated value relates to the total over the 2 year period.
