Photographic assignments that form the basis of this framework include: - media/photocall photography at council events, activities, meetings and promotions - creative photography for marketing/promotion purposes, online and print that will include location, landscape/cityscape, office, building, frontline service delivery with/without people, fine art, event and tourism style

There is a requirement for short videos of various durations to support campaigns, internal communications, training and online communications, for use on the Council's website, Intranet and/or social media channels, on media websites, provided to third party websites or used by partner agencies.
