The contract is for repairs to internal and external common elements, including (but not exclusively): paving/ slabbing; external & close lighting; gutter and roof repairs/ painterwork; close door repairs and door entry system replacement; close window repairs; and close/ external redecoration in approx. 7no. tenement closes and backcourts during 2018-19, with options to phase the contract at the Employer's discretion and subject to agreement of the Parties, on an annual basis to 31st March 2023

The tender will comprise the Capability/ Prequalification Document [ESPD]; and the Contract Sum stated on the Form of Tender. The submitted Capability Document Submission will be assessed as a pass or fail to identify contractors who pass the thresholds. Subsequently and only for those contractors who have their Capability Document assessed as a pass the priced tenders will be assessed. The contractor who submits the lowest sustainable tender price may be recommended for acceptance as the preferred contractor.. The contract is for 2018-19, with options to phase the contract at the Employer's discretion and subject to agreement of the Parties, on an annual basis to 31st March 2023
