Leasing Advisory Services
Leasing Advisors for the following areas: Tendering Management Review and Advisory Services.
Renewal: The Contract may be extended for up to 1 year at the option of Argyll and Bute Council, subject to satisfactory performance of the contract and discussions with the successful Tenderer
Public Sector Taxes2.1.1. The Council wishes to obtain a consultancy and advisory service in respect of the complete range of Public Sector Taxes (PST) as follows VAT PAYE/National Insurance Other Public Sector Taxes This will include general assistance with operational queries as may be covered by e.g. helpline, newsletter, etc., and more specific consultancy that may deal with e.g. advice on Partial Exemption eligibility for VAT, and provision for delivery of Senior Consultancy to address strategic issues that may affect the Council in the future.

Treasurary ManagementThe Council wishes to obtain a consultancy and advisory service in respect of the Treasury Management issues that it deals with. This will include: regular advice on interest rate movements and forecasts; advice on debt restructuring opportunities and capital finance; advice on credit worthiness of potential borrowers; as well as various strategic issues
