Notice Description
Fife Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultancy service to provide detailed and robust information on the current standard and condition of private housing in Fife to inform approaches to private housing improvement through the Plan for Fife and the Local Housing Strategy. This will give Fife Council provision of accurate data and analysis to inform a range of private sector housing policies and programmes. Information is required to be available in 2019 at the latest to inform strategy / policy responses from 2020.
