Notice Description
SPS is looking to appoint a supplier to provide Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Repairs to Watermist Systems installed at various SPS sites.
Lot Information
01661A - Maintenance of Watermist Systems - Lot 1 Fogex
The services include Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Repairs for Fogex Watermist Systems across four sites. Fogex systems are currently installed at HMP Glenochil, HMP&YOI Polmont, HMP Edinburgh and HMP Shotts. SPS intend to award a three year contract with an option of a two year extension.
Renewal: Option of up to two year extension.
01661B - Maintenance of Watermist Systems - Lot 2 HydramistThe services include Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Repairs for Hydramist Watermist Systems across three sites. Hydramist systems are currently installed at HMP Grampian, HMP Edinburgh and HMP Perth. SPS intend to award a three year contract with an option of a two year extension.
Renewal: Option of up to two years extension.
01661 - Maintenance of Watermist Systems - Lot 3 Ultrafog & SemcoThe services include Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Repairs for Ultrafog and Semco Watermist Systems across three sites. An Ultrafog system is currently installed at HMP Low Moss and and a Semco system is installed at HMP Perth. There is an additional system installed at HMP&YOI Cornton Vale. SPS intend to award a three year contract with an option of a two year extension.
Renewal: Option of up to two years extension.
