Notice Description
The Council has a legislative requirement to provide short term temporary accommodation to households which require this service under emergency circumstances. This is a reactive service which is unpredictable in nature. Accommodation may be required for one or more nights, with most stays being less than seven nights. Lot Information
Single Rooms (One Adult)
The Contract on offer is participation in a multi supplier Framework Agreement to deliver short term emergency temporary accommodation. The Council has a legislative requirement to provide short term temporary accommodation to households which require this service under emergency circumstances. This is a reactive service which is unpredictable in nature. Accommodation may be required for one or more nights, with most stays being less than seven nights, but can be longer if required. This lot is to accommodate 1 person.
Twin/Double Rooms (2 People)The Contract on offer is participation in a multi supplier Framework Agreement to deliver short term emergency temporary accommodation. The Council has a legislative requirement to provide short term temporary accommodation to households which require this service under emergency circumstances. This is a reactive service which is unpredictable in nature. Accommodation may be required for one or more nights, with most stays being less than seven nights, but can be longer if required. This lot is to accommodate 2 people in a double/twin or larger room.
Triple Rooms (3 People)The Contract on offer is participation in a multi supplier Framework Agreement to deliver short term emergency temporary accommodation. The Council has a legislative requirement to provide short term temporary accommodation to households which require this service under emergency circumstances. This is a reactive service which is unpredictable in nature. Accommodation may be required for one or more nights, with most stays being less than seven nights, but can be longer if required. This lot is for accommodation for 3 people in a room.
Family RoomsThe Contract on offer is participation in a multi supplier Framework Agreement to deliver short term emergency temporary accommodation. The Council has a legislative requirement to provide short term temporary accommodation to households which require this service under emergency circumstances. This is a reactive service which is unpredictable in nature. Accommodation may be required for one or more nights, with most stays being less than seven nights, but can be longer if required. This lot is for accommodation for a Family room to accommodate 4 or more people.
