The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service wishes to appoint a single managed service provider to provide a range of employee benefits to permanent and fixed-term employees.

The key requirements of this contract opportunity include: -- A web enabled online platform, providing single sign on access to systems fully hosted by the Supplier with proven data security provision; -- The development, implementation, promotion, delivery, management, administration and maintenance of a suite of flexible, voluntary and salary sacrifice benefits to include, inter alia; an, - Employee Discount Scheme -- facilitating employee access to a diverse range of preferential offers, discounts and cash backs either online, instore or by telephone from an extensive range of retailers and service providers; --Reward and Recognition Voucher Scheme -- employee rewards solutions to include vouchers and gift cards, staff incentives, long service awards and celebrations. -- Childcare Voucher Scheme -- administration of the Employer Supported and Child Care Scheme. The Supplier will also be required to provide: -- The ability to brand the web enabled platform to the SCTS' own branding and logo requirements; -- The ability to effectively communicate the package of benefits to employees to encourage wide uptake; and, -- The provision of detailed management information to SCTS regarding user usage on a regular basis.
