Notice Description

The primary objective for the appointment of a Fire Safety Systems Contractor for Communal Fire System Upgrades to housing stock over a 5-year period. Upgrades to include the removal of existing building services systems as listed in the tender documentation and replacement with systems complying with current building standards. These are to include, but not limited to; Alarms, Smoke Vents & Dry Risers.

Lot 1

A maximum of 4 bidders will be taken through to the second stage of evaluation. Reduction will be carried out as follows: Tenderers will be required to achieve a minimum of 60% of the available scores the weighted questions in the C: Technical and Professional Ability section of Part IV.
