Orkney Islands Council has a requirement for a suitable qualified and experienced contractor to offer the supply, delivery and maintenance of twelve (12) new electronic bicycles (on the basis of an outright purchase).

12 x Electronic bicycle (4 ladies, 4 Gents and 4xs) 12 x Spare battery packs and panniers 12 x Lights and mirrors 12 x Bike locks 12 x Hi-vis vests and bike clips 12 x Bike pumps and brackets 12 x Helmets The bicycles should be robust, lightweight and durable quality with an estimated life span of 5 years. During the first 12 months the supplier will be available to maintain any of the bikes which require routine repairs, and the supplier will undertake a full service all 12 bikes 12 months following their going into service.
