Shire Housing Association Framework Agreements for Gutter Cleaning and Re-roofing
Notice Description
Shire Housing Association Ltd. intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with up to three Contractors for each of the two Lots included within the initial Invitation to Tender document for the carrying out of gutter cleaning and roof condition inspections (Lot 1) and re-roofing and associated works (Lot 2) to its housing stock throughout the East Ayrshire region as may be required for a four-year period commencing on a mutually agreed date in late July/early August 2019. It is envisaged that the three Contractors scoring highest following the overall price and quality evaluation for each Lot will be appointed to the Framework.

Gutter Cleaning and Roof Condition Inspections
Shire Housing Association Ltd. intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with up to three Contractors for each of the two Lots included within the initial Invitation to Tender document for the carrying out of gutter cleaning and roof condition inspections (Lot 1) and re-roofing and associated works (Lot 2) to its housing stock throughout the East Ayrshire region as may be required for a four-year period commencing on a mutually agreed date in late July/early August 2019. It is envisaged that the three Contractors scoring highest following the overall price and quality evaluation for each Lot will be appointed to the Framework. The rates submitted in this tender for gutter cleaning and roof inspection works will be fixed for the duration of the Framework Agreement. Shire Housing Association will ascertain the volume of works to be carried out over the course of the Frameworks however all work will be ordered entirely at the discretion of Shire Housing Association. It is reiterated that there is no guarantee given of the eventual extent of works that will be ordered over the full duration of the Framework Agreement for either Lot.
Re-roofing and Associated WorksShire Housing Association Ltd. intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with up to three Contractors for each of the two Lots included within the initial Invitation to Tender document for the carrying out of gutter cleaning and roof condition inspections (Lot 1) and re-roofing and associated works (Lot 2) to its housing stock throughout the East Ayrshire region as may be required for a four-year period commencing on a mutually agreed date in late July/early August 2019. It is envisaged that the three Contractors scoring highest following the overall price and quality evaluation for each Lot will be appointed to the Framework. The rates submitted in this tender will apply to any re-roofing and associated works required to be carried out for Shire Housing Association at the addresses contained within this initial pricing document, namely Catrine, East Ayrshire. All subsequent works that may be issued under the Framework will be ordered at the discretion of the Association following mini-tendering competitions between the appointed Framework Contractors. Shire Housing Association will ascertain the volume of works to be carried out over the course of the Frameworks however all work will be ordered entirely at the discretion of Shire Housing Association. It is reiterated that there is no guarantee given of the eventual extent of works that will be ordered over the full duration of the Framework Agreement for either Lot.
