Obtain information through a combination of desk research and face-to-face meetings and validate both primary and secondary-source material by rigorous cross-referencing with independent sources. Profile important & relevant companies where opportunities have been identified, including names and contact details of key decision makers. If requested by UoE, arrange and accompany UoE executives on at least two visits to the Territory (Japan) to meet with key target companies and organisations. The timing of such a visit shall be mutually agreed by both parties. The Final Report shall include an options assessment, go-to-market recommendations, and a sales plan/strategy.
