This project is for paintworks and decoration (including reactive and remedial works) of 13 Employer managed prisons, a college, a combined central store and national training facility (Fauldhouse), and an administrative headquarters building (Calton House). 16 sites in total, with flexibility to include additions / deletions to the Employers estate if required.

Lot 2 The SPS requires a contractor to provide Paintworks and Decoration works to various establishments, namely: HMP Barlinnie; HMP Low Moss; HMP Greenock; HMP Dumfries; HMP Shotts; and SPS Fauldhouse.
Renewal: Extension option of up to a further 24 months available.
