Lot 1

Ayrshire Housing requires a multi-trade contractor to deliver day to day reactive repairs including emergency call out facility, void maintenance works and sundry repair works within various tenanted properties. Ayrshire Housing has a current housing stock of circa 1,500 properties at various locations throughout Ayrshire. The location of the properties is provided in the draft list of addresses which have been downloaded to the Portal. This procurement has been brought forward as the incumbent contractor is no longer able to fulfil the contract. Workload will vary from week to week. The successful contractor will not have exclusive rights to carry out all of the repair works. A reactive repairs and void maintenance support contractor was appointed through a public procurement process in 2018 and a proportion of the works will continue to be shared with this contractor.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015

Renewal: Option to extend the contract by a variable period not exceeding 24 months.
