We issued a Request For Information to all suppliers in Lot 6 (Mobile voice and data services) on the Crown Ccommercial Services (CCS) Network Service 2 framework (RM3808) to which we received 9 responses. These were evaluated, and discussions held with a number of suppliers who we felt best matched our initial requirements. We reviewed a number of supplier service offers on the Network Services 2 catalogue, before reaching a decision to make a Direct Award.
