Digital Workplace Transformation - Smartphones
Notice Description
COPFS has started its Digital Workplace Transformation which aims to leverage modern technology opportunities offering staff the transformative freedom of choice to work using the manner and location that best supports their business objectives. As part of the Digital Workplace Transformation, we are looking to replace the aging Blackberry service with a Smartphone, enabling a standardised approach to e-mail and allow staff to make best use of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.

Lot 1
We issued a Request For Information to all suppliers in Lot 6 (Mobile voice and data services) on the Crown Ccommercial Services (CCS) Network Service 2 framework (RM3808) to which we received 9 responses. These were evaluated, and discussions held with a number of suppliers who we felt best matched our initial requirements. We reviewed a number of supplier service offers on the Network Services 2 catalogue, before reaching a decision to make a Direct Award.
