Notice Description
The National Library of Scotland "the Library" is planning a procurement exercise for the re-let of the recurring FM Hard Services Contract during 2021/22 and is seeking feedback from industry to determine best practice in providing resilient and flexible Hard and Soft FM Framework contracts. The Library requires to demonstrate not only commercial "Best Value", but also acknowledge the importance for structured, open and positive working relationships that will deliver continual shared benefits to parties in the preservation and development of the estate portfolio.
