Lot 1- Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) and any follow on works
Lot 1- Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) and any follow on works Contractor will be responsible for undertaking Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) and any follow on works to housing stock as per the specification in the ITT.
Renewal: Contract will be for a one (1) year period with the option to extend for one (1) single one year periods solely at Loreburn Housing Association's discretion.
