The Contractor delivers a complete solution for the required infrastructure and services. The end-to-end solution includes the production of ballot papers and postal voting packs and the process from receipt of ballot boxes to the result being calculated and made available to the Returning Officer to declare. This will require a broad range of technologies and capabilities. The Framework Agreement covers Local Government elections during the period 2017 - 2021.
