Notice Description
NSS wishes to procure a multi-channel remote health monitoring and communication solution capable of supporting the delivery of home and mobile health monitoring enhanced care pathways. It is envisaged that an existing solution will best meet the requirement, however solutions that need further development to meet requirements may also be of interest. Lot 1
It is the intention of NSS to enter into a five-year contract (3 year plus 2 * 12 month options) pursuant to which a multi-channel remote health monitoring and communication solution is delivered as a managed service. The contract will deliver services to entities constituted pursuant to the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978 as amended, Integration Joint Boards established pursuant to the Public Bodies (Joint Working)(Scotland) Act 2014 and any local authorities established pursuant to the Local Government etc. (Scotland) Act 1994.. Extension options subject to satisfactory performance of the supplier and is dependent on future funding being secured
Renewal: 2 x 12 months extensions
